We’re all about sharing creativity, but to keep things clear and fair for everyone, we’ve put together a few simple guidelines for using my music.

What You CAN Do (Permitted Uses)

You are welcome to use my music for the following purposes:

  • Content Creation: Use as background music in your YouTube videos, Twitch streams, TikToks, personal vlogs, podcasts, or other non-game multimedia content.
  • Fan Projects: Incorporate into fan animations, short films, fan art videos, or other creative works that are not standalone games or interactive applications.
  • Personal Enjoyment: Listen to, download, and enjoy the music for your own private, non-commercial use.

What You CANNOT Do (Restricted Uses)

To protect our work and the integrity of the games, there are some strict limitations. Please DO NOT use my music for:

  • In Other Games/Interactive Applications: You are strictly NOT permitted to use any music from Murder Drones: Pummel Party in any other video game, Roblox experience, or any other interactive digital application, whether it’s commercial or non-commercial. This is our core restriction.
  • Commercial Use Without Express Permission: Do not use the music for any commercial purposes (e.g., selling merchandise, advertisements, or monetized content where the music is the primary focus or a significant revenue driver) without obtaining explicit written permission from me.
  • Claiming Ownership: Do not claim to be the composer or owner of the music.
  • Standalone Distribution/Resale: Do not re-upload, distribute, or sell the music tracks by themselves, as part of a music library, or as a standalone product.
  • Misrepresentation: Do not use the music in a way that suggests endorsement by Foxplort, Afterparty Team, or any other group of people for content we have not officially approved.

Crediting Our Work

When you use music outside of the game (such as streams, videos, or fan animations), please provide clear credit.

Please note: All music featured in Murder Drones: Pummel Party is composed by, and intellectual property of, Foxplort (Afterparty Team). These rules apply only to the music; the Murder Drones intellectual property (characters, concepts, etc.) belongs to Glitch Productions and Liam Vickers.
